Bonnie Olson brings her skills as a trainer and facilitator to support projects that have potential to support transformative change. She has a lifelong commitment to include BIPOC voices and low-income communities in the decisions that affect their lives, working towards racial equity, multi-racial and multi-cultural collaborations and engaging in anti-racism work. Ms. Olson has more than 20 years’ experience as a consultant, and twenty-five years working in community-based nonprofits and local government. She has a master’s degree in Whole Systems Design, focused on organizational change, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington.  Ms. Olson grew up in a bi-racial family in the Yesler Terrace housing project and brings her commitment to inclusion and community efficacy to everything she does.  She is an effective facilitator and trainer, designing sessions to engage full participation, optimize reflection and practical application of content.
