About Our Program

At Voices of Tomorrow, we believe in empowering family care providers to build a brighter future for young children. Guided by this vision, the CCHC program is committed to equipping providers with the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to nurture the development of children aged 3-5.

Our mission is to help providers navigate the ever-changing landscape of early childhood education while fostering environments that are inclusive, developmentally appropriate, and culturally responsive. By offering personalized consultations and access to critical resources, CCHC enables providers to confidently meet the needs of the children and families they serve.

Through the CCHC program, Voices of Tomorrow strives to create a community where every child receives the high-quality care and education they deserve, empowering providers to shape the next generation with intention and excellence.

Communities Served

The Child Care Health Consultation (CCHC) program is dedicated to supporting family care providers from diverse communities, with a special focus on Eastern African and Hispanic communities. We recognize the unique needs and cultural perspectives of these groups and work closely with providers to ensure they receive the resources, guidance, and support necessary to foster healthy child development in children aged 3-5.

  • Eastern African Family Care Providers
The CCHC program places a strong emphasis on working with family care providers from Eastern African communities, including Somali providers. We offer culturally relevant resources and consultations that respect and integrate the traditions and values of Eastern African cultures. Our goal is to help providers from these communities feel empowered and supported in their work while maintaining cultural authenticity in their care practices.
  • Hispanic Family Care Providers
We also work closely with Hispanic family care providers, offering support that recognizes and honors their cultural practices and language. Through tailored consultations and resources, we ensure Hispanic providers have the tools they need to meet the developmental needs of children while fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment.
