Ebasa B. Sarka, MSW, PhD (he/him/his) has three decades of social work experience spanning from field practice, teaching, research, practicum instruction, to program management. He is currently Program Manager and Co-Lead of the Best Starts for Kids Workforce Development Strategy. Ebasa is a proud father of two who enjoys sports, adventure, backpacking, biking, and cooking. Above everything, Ebasa loves and cares about all children.
