Katrice, affectionately known as Kat, is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP), certified birth doula, and lactation education specialist with over 30 years of experience in education and early childhood development. Holding degrees in Child Development, Education, and School Psychology, she blends her expertise to support birthing families and young children.

Rooted in her Tanzanian and Yemeni ancestry, Kat is deeply committed to reproductive and environmental justice, emphasizing the natural connection between birth and the environment. A proud mother of four, she is passionate about fostering healing, empowerment, and sustainable practices within her community.

In her downtime, Kat enjoys nature walks, coastal retreats, and savoring lavender lattes at her neighborhood coffee shop. Her mission is to uplift families while promoting practices that nurture both the earth and the next generation.
