Nico Chua M.Ed. is an educator, coordinator, coach and program manager specializing in the field of Early Childhood Education. She has taught multiple age groups ranging from infants to school-aged children in California and Washington State. Nico has coached family child care (FCC) and center-based child care providers through their participation in Early Achievers, the Quality Rating Improvement System (QRIS) across Washington State. She is currently the program manager and co-lead for the Workforce Development Strategy in Best Starts for Kids, King County. Nico immigrated from the Philippines as a young adult and is fluent in English and Tagalog.
