Born and raised in Seattle, WA, Shanelle currently serves as the Workforce Development Co-Lead at King County's Best Starts for Kids. Shanelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University and has dedicated many years working with children and families. Shanelle's experience includes serving as a Family Resources Coordinator in Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) for two years and as an ESIT Coordinator at King County enhancing ESIT programs. Outside of her professional life, she is a proud Mother to two daughters and a BONUS mom to one son. She loves diving into the joys of motherhood, crafting, and traveling. She is also a fan of scary escape rooms, where she enjoys the thrill of solving puzzles and overcoming challenges with friends and family.
