Adana Protonentis is an educator, consultant, and most importantly, a mother. She is co-owner of Kindred Consulting, where she supports public sector organizations in developing policies and practices that foster inclusion, equity, and belonging for both their employees and the communities they serve. Adana is an adjunct professor at Seattle University, where she teaches diversity and inclusion in the Masters of Public Administration program. She has a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and a master’s degree in Public Administration. Adana is a disability justice practitioner with a deep commitment to liberation and the collective development and sharing of liberatory power. She is a mama of two children and lives in south King County with her family.
