This workshop is an invitation for participants to explore their relationship with power. Through the metaphor of fire, participants will engage in reflection about the recognition of their own power and the dynamics that can contribute to its use in ways that can heal or hurt.
Participants are encouraged to find ways to use their power in their professional roles to strengthen relationships with babies, young children, families and their own communities as ways to strengthen collective healing.
