Covid - 19 disrupted all of our lives in ways that continue to challenge how we face the many layers of grief and loss. As stressful as the pandemic has been for us, we also bore witness to how the children and families were impacted by additional traumas in the community. In this training, participants will reflect on how the last three years have shaped our experience of grief and loss, not only in our own families, but in the lives of the young children and families whom we serve.  Understanding the complexity of grief and loss will allow us to better support and co-regulate the child’s developing capacity to express and manage their feelings, form close relationships, learn and grow.

STARS credits are offered for this workshop.
