The Innovation Supports Team includes individuals from Cardea Services, Hayaan LLC, Mother Africa and Pollock and Partners. Together, this team brings extensive knowledge, and expertise in the areas of program development, program management, prenatal to five service delivery, community engagement, program evaluation and theory of change development. The team is committed to centering the expertise, knowledge and experiences of the community; elevating racial and economic justice; building relationships and working together; and using strengths-based approaches in their work with BSK partners.
