Cindy is an equity-driven leader with experience in early childhood development, culturally responsive program design, and community empowerment. As Director of the Child & Family Development Program at Villa Comunitaria, Cindy leads prenatal-to-five initiatives that center on family priorities and cultural strengths. Certified as an ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2 Trainer, Cindy has successfully guided developmental screening implementation across diverse, multilingual communities with multiple levels of assimilation, ensuring results are shared in accessible and meaningful ways.

With a background in program leadership and management, Cindy brings expertise in building partnerships, facilitating adult learning workshops, and advancing racial, disability, and linguistic justice in early learning systems. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Cindy is committed to creating inclusive spaces where all children and families can thrive.
