About Me

I have been a child care nurse consultant since 2018 and now serve 33 centers across East and South King County. My experience in Public Health as an Investigator of reportable diseases with King County, and School Nurse in the Issaquah School District has given me the skills to consult with child cares.  I work as an inpatient Nurse and Charge Nurse at Evergreen Hospital. I love providing education to my patients, students, teachers, preschool directors and families.

Description of Services Offered

Services I provide include one 30-45 minute in-person nurse visit every month per infant room, questions answered via email within 48 hours in-between visits (especially with communicable disease) and one in-person 30-45 minute staff training sometime during the year. Topics could be developmental milestones, cleaning practices, emergency medication, emergency situation role plays, or support with vaccination compliance. I send a monthly pdf of the nurse report along with filling the required state report. I also send a monthly newsletter to my centers highlighting common childhood illnesses, cleaning practices and infant development.
